Hello Parents!  It's the last week of school and there is a lot going on!  The Talent Show is tomorrow afternoon at 1:00 p.m.  On Wednesday, May 24th, 10:30 - 11:00, award certificates will be given to 4th grade students who have been on the Honor Roll (All A's and B's or B's) and High Honor Roll (All A's) all year and for this last grading period.  Global Citizens will also be recognized.  After the awards ceremony, parents are welcome to come back to the classroom to see o...

Hello Parents!  Our annual International Festival is fast approaching.  It is next Friday, May 12th, in the evening.  One feature of the festival is a theme basket raffle.  Each grade level is collecting items from families that would fill a basket to be raffled off.  Our fourth grade theme basket  is "Science Fun."  While we will gladly take donations, we will also take a cash donation of $1.00 from each fourth grade student (family).  We will combine all monetary dona...

Hello Parents!  We will be taking the ISTEP test tomorrow, bright and early at 8:15!!  We will be testing each day this week and again on Monday of next week.  PLEASE make sure your child goes to bed early each night.  It was a very sleepy Monday morning today for many kids!! Good Morning, Parents!  Today begins the whole ISTEP testing experience.  However, _fourth graders_ and sixth graders will be testing next week (beginning Monday, March 6th through Thursday, March 9th).  Third graders and fifth graders will be testing this week.  So, we still have another week to brush up on test taking skills and last minute lessons.  Yay for us!  So sorry for any confusion.  There is a two-week window for ISTEP testing.  Please keep in mind that next week will ...
